Once your Goods have been confirmed for Click & Collect we will send you an email notifying you when your Order is ready to be collected. 

Please note: you must show photo identification and your tax invoice when picking up your Click & Collect Order at Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth or Crown Sydney. You are not able to nominate another individual to pick up the item on your behalf.

We cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during major campaigns or peak periods, where your Order may be delayed. 

For postage orders will take approximately four to five (4-5) days to be delivered.

Please allow for more time during peak periods e.g. festive period.
