Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change the nominated delivery address as long as the item has not already been shipped. If the incorrect delivery address is entered, please allow more time for your order to be delivered.

Can I pick up my order in person?

For Crown Gifts cards orders, Click & Collect is available at the Crown Gifts Store in Crown Melbourne, Crown Rewards Desk in Crown Perth or Crown Towers Concierge Desk in Crown Sydney. 

For other retail product orders, Click & Collect is only available at the Crown Gifts Store in Crown Melbourne. For further information, please email gifts@crownmelbourne.com.au.

Can I purchase a Crown Gifts card over the phone?

We are not able to accept payment over the phone so all orders can be placed online or in-person at the Crown Gifts Store in Crown Melbourne, Crown Rewards Desk in Crown Perth or Crown Towers Concierge Desk in Crown Sydney.

How long will my order take?

For postage orders will take approximately four to five (4-5) days to be delivered and Click & Collect orders will be processed within one (1) business day. Please allow for more time during peak periods e.g. festive period.

How will my order be delivered?

For Australian deliveries, all gift cards are shipped via Express Post using the services of Australia Post. 

'Crown Exclusive' products are shipped via Regular Post or Express Post using the services of Australia Post. 

For any purchases made from an overseas location, please contact us directly. 

If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact us directly.

When will be my order be shipped?

All orders are processed in one (1) business day.
