How long is my gift card valid for?

Crown gift cards are valid for a year from purchase date.

How can I order?

Orders are placed online. If you would prefer to make an order offline, an order form can be sent to you. Completed order forms can be returned via mail or fax along with a copy of your credit card and photo identification. Orders cannot be accepted via telephone.

How long will my order take?

In store pick up orders are processed in one (1) business day. Please allow more time during peak periods. If the postage option is selected a minimum of four - five (4 - 5) days is required. 

Can I pick up my order in person in Melbourne?

Yes, you can nominate to pick up your order from the Crown Gifts store located at Level 1 Retail, the opening hours are 10:00am– 9:00pm seven days a week. Please allow one (1) business day to process your order. More time may be applicable during peak periods.  You must show photo identification and the tax invoice at the point of collection.  You are unable to nominate another individual on your behalf to pick up the item.

Can I pick up my order in person in Perth?

Yes, denomination gift cards can be purchased online and collected in person from the Casino Services, adjacent to the Crown Metropol casino entrance. It can also be purchased in person at Crown Rewards desk. Please allow one (1) business day to process your order. You must show photo identification and the tax invoice at the point of collection.  You are unable to nominate another individual on your behalf to pick up the item.

Crown Perth Hotel Accommodation gift cards are not available for pick up however can be purchased online and shipped via Express Post.

How will my order be delivered?

For Australian deliveries, all gift cards are shipped via Express Post using the services of Australia Post. 'At Home' products are shipped via Regular Post or Express Post using the services of Australia Post.  For any purchases made from an overseas location, please contact us directly.  If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact us directly.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change the nominated delivery address as long as the item has not already been shipped. If the incorrect delivery address is entered, please allow more time for your order to be delivered.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
