For Crown Gifts cards orders, Click & Collect is available at the Crown Gifts Store in Crown Melbourne or Crown Rewards Desk in Crown Perth. 

All Retail Products

For other retail product orders, Click & Collect is only available at the Crown Gifts Store in Crown Melbourne. For further information, please email gifts@crownmelbourne.com.au.

Collection

Once your Goods have been confirmed for Click & Collect we will send you an email notifying you when your Order is ready to be collected. 

Please note: you must show photo identification and your tax invoice when picking up your Click & Collect Order at Crown Melbourne or Crown Perth. You are not able to nominate another individual to pick up the item on your behalf.

We cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during major campaigns or peak periods, where your Order may be delayed. This includes both Click & Collect orders and deliveries.
